During this group lesson you will learn punching and kicking techniques, such as jabs, punches, knees and kicks, while working on your speed, strength and agility.
Both the punching bag and your training partner will be addressed, under the guidance of our experienced trainers. They will help you to master the right techniques and achieve optimal results.

The workouts are perfect for both beginners and seasoned athletes – everyone is welcome! Our boxing classes are designed to be challenging and fun for all levels. You can participate at your own pace while progressively becoming stronger and fitter.
What Does a Boxing Fitness Training Session Look Like?
Each session starts with a dynamic warm-up, followed by a combination of conditioning and technique training. You’ll work on your skills on the punching bag, learn new combinations, and finish with a cool-down.
All of this is done under the constant guidance of a personal trainer, allowing you to train at your own level and continuously progress.
