RDAM WORKOUT
Our RDAM WORKOUT is a varied group class where you work on your conditioning, strength, and endurance.
During this session, you'll use various equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, and battle ropes. You’ll also perform endurance exercises like sprints, jump ropes, box jumps, and more.
The intensity of the workout is up to you, but our trainers are ready to support you and ensure you get the most out of the session. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced athlete, our RDAM WORKOUT is accessible to all levels. Come by for a session and see for yourself what this group class can do for you!


POWER WORKOUT
The POWER WORKOUT is all about strength. Strength training is the ultimate way to increase and improve your muscle power!
Through various weight exercises, you’ll work towards a stronger and fitter body. Here, you train at your own level with the right guidance from our experienced trainers, who help you determine the right number of repetitions and sets, while you choose the weight. This way, you get the most out of your workout.
Strength training offers numerous benefits for both your physical and mental health. It helps build stronger muscles, boosts your metabolism, protects your bones, and promotes a fit and healthy feeling.
BOXING WORKOUT
Do you love hitting the punching bag to blow off steam? Or maybe you want to work on your overall conditioning and strength?
Then our boxing workout is perfect for you!
During this group class, you'll learn jabs, punches, knees, and kicks, while working on speed, strength, and agility on both the punching bag and with your training partner. Our expert trainers will guide you in mastering the right punching and kicking techniques to help you achieve maximum results.
After the session, you'll notice your punches are better, harder, and stronger. Our trainers ensure that every week, you push yourself further and break through your limits. You’ll leave with a sense of accomplishment and a boost of energy to tackle the rest of your day. And don’t worry, no mouthguard required!


YOGA WORKOUT
Een goede toevoeging van jouw intensieve workouts. Wij bieden een ontspannende yogales aan waarbij je werkt aan je flexibiliteit, balans en kracht.
