If you’re interested in sparring, we recommend joining one of our kickboxing workouts. In these sessions, you’ll not only practice a range of punches and kicks on the heavy bag, but also learn the fundamentals of defense. Unlike the boxing bag workouts, our kickboxing classes include controlled sparring, which gives you the opportunity to apply what you've learned in a dynamic and realistic setting. To participate safely, we advise wearing a mouthguard and shin guards during training. This way, you can focus on improving your technique, timing, and confidence — all while getting a serious workout.
