RDAM Gym - The Main Floor
The Space

Despite the many careers I've had, one thing has been constant throughout my life. Actually, even before I was born.

Young Michele Training
A Young Michele - Circa 1995

Mum was a powerlifter. Dad was a bodybuilder. They owned a gym, and I grew up in that world.

I boxed from 14 to 19, studied fitness and personal training at 22, and opened my first PT studio at 25.

So, at 33, taking over something bigger kind of made sense.

But RDAM Gym is more than a bigger gym. It's a long-term project built around one simple idea: raising the standard of fitness.

Having spent most of my life in this industry, I've seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. From emerging trends to old-school methods making a comeback. From big commercial gyms to boutique studios. From group classes to personal training.

And yet, one thing remains unchanged.

People train because they want results.

Crazy, right?

Then why do so many people quit because they never see them? How many gyms, programs, and trainers have they tried along the way?

Getting results is a two-way street. You have to show up, commit, and do the work. But fitness professionals have a responsibility, too: to provide the coaching, structure, and environment that help you succeed.

Too many fall short.

That's where RDAM Gym comes in.

We're not a fancy gym, and we're not here to reinvent the wheel or chase every new Instagram trend.

We're here to do the fundamentals exceptionally well: Strength & Conditioning, excellent coaching, regular testing, and measurable progress.

No guesswork. No random workouts. Just purposeful training, delivered by coaches who care about your progress.

Our mission is simple: raise the standard of your workouts and give you the best hour of your day.
