If you know you'd prefer to train at fixed times, you can opt for a yearly or monthly membership. Train with a Personal Trainer at RDAM GYM in Rotterdam
Exercising with a personal trainer is a good way to work on your body effectively. Our certified coaches know exactly how to bring you closer to your goal at the right pace. You can choose one, two or even three sessions per week. A coaching trajectory lasts at least three months, because this is a realistic period for a first step towards a goal. After this you can extend monthly. After an extensive intake, your personal trainer will determine what the best approach is for you personally.
